If you're in Austin, yes. Email Katherine and she'll sort something out.

Get in touch as soon as you can. Prints go into production quickly, but if she catches it in time she'll fix it.

Fine art prints are made to order, so allow 7 to 10 business days for production and delivery. You'll get a tracking number once it ships. Originals go out crated and insured, usually within a week of payment. Digital downloads arrive instantly.

Nothing extra. Shipping is included in the price of every fine art print, and crated shipping and insurance are included on originals within the continental US. No surprises at checkout.

Digital downloads go anywhere. Prints and originals currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and you want something, email Katherine and she'll arrange it where she can. International orders are quoted individually and you'd be responsible for any duties or import fees.

Originals do. They come wired, and the edges are painted so they don't need framing. Prints ship unframed with a small white border, ready for the frame of your choice.

An original is one of one, painted by hand and signed. A fine art print is an archival reproduction, printed to order. A digital download is a file you print yourself. All three come from the same studio. Only one of them is the actual object.

Somerset Velvet, 100% cotton, archival pigment, printed to order. It's a soft, slightly textured paper that holds color well and will last decades.

Yes, and every original ships with a certificate of authenticity.

A few, yes. Most of that catalog is moving to Etsy. What Katherine is making now is originals and fine art prints.

All sales are final. Prints are made to order, downloads are delivered instantly, and originals are one of a kind, so returns and exchanges aren't possible. Ask anything you want before you buy and Katherine will send more photos, a video, or whatever helps.

Email within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece. If it's a print, Katherine will reprint and reship it at no cost. An original can't be replaced, so if one is damaged beyond repair you'll get a full refund including shipping. If it can be repaired, she'll talk through the options first.
