Digital downloads are delivered instantly. Once your purchase is complete, your files will be available on your order confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout. No waiting, no shipping required.

Production & Shipping
Every fine art print is made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be produced and delivered. You will receive a tracking number once your print has shipped.

Shipping is included in the price of every fine art print. No surprises at checkout.
Where We Ship
Fine art prints ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in a print, reach out at katherine@rainey.studio and we'll do our best to help.
Original Art & Commissions
Shipping timelines for original art and commissioned pieces are communicated individually at the time of purchase or inquiry. All original art ships within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Because fine art prints are made to order and digital downloads are delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your fine art print arrives damaged, please contact us at katherine@rainey.studio within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the print and we'll make it right.
For digital downloads, please double-check your spam folder if your files haven't arrived. If you're still having trouble, we're happy to help.
